I noticed someone asking for this template. My daughter is brill at making them, I just tell her what I want something to look like and she makes it into a craft robo template! tagbook
similar idea to 'that' board but hand drawn to random measurements.
Try Edit>Ungroup and resizing the pieces to make 'nesting' sizes.
Otherwise use your board to emboss all the sizes in black paper, cut them outside the lines then scan in the black shapes and Use Inkscape to make templates. You should be able to first cut then place your shape on your board to emboss.
Susibi
Tina, I hope this is what you wanted. I made an extra without holes too. The green lines is dashed lines.
Monica
that should have solved that problem, when I did the original file it was much bigger and so did not fall in two I never cut it smaller so did not have a problem thanks for pointing it out
I found the cross in my saved files but modified it a little sorry dont know who did the oriinal which was just plain.
Traced around a pic of a book. I hope this works ok

Averil made this cute flower book but has been unable to upload it, so she asked me if i would do it for her as i helped her out originally with instructions for how to make this lovely little flower book.
so on behalf of averil i hope you like it, she has cut it and the jpeg is attached of the finished card.
Edited to say:-
just relalised that the various layers on the gsd are not grouped so it could make it a little dificult for newcomers to cut the individual sections.
I will upload it again once averil has amended.
the photo will just have to be a tease for now!
26th sept, ok you have been teased enough her is averils template, enjoy!
Having watched the glitter girls the other day I decided to have a go and make my own template. It cuts fine although I haven't made one up yet.
You cut out the template 3 or 4 times and glue them together down the middle strip. You can then arrange them in a star shape. Or you can visit Splitcoast Stampers for tutorial, see attachment for idea.
I made these for some graduation cards. Cut in various sizes & colours and stick to contrast papers to form the 'pages' then decorate the book spines however you wish. Quite effective stacked up like a pile of books.
the old fav a book :D
hope someone can use it.
I made a piano hinge spine. This file can be used to make a little book with a piano hinge binding. You know: a double page and the spine in the middle, one up one down, Another double page with the spine in the same position, one down and one up. Stack them and put a wooden meat stick throug the ups and downs. You will have 4 pages bound together now. Put a bead on the end of the stick and the pages will not fall off.
This design is also usefull if you want a border with a ribbon through it. Do not cut the vertical lines than.
You can find a GSD, a GRA, a WPC, a PDF and an Ai8 in this zip
Thanks I was looking for images of pianohinge books, but this is much better!
I enclosed a jpg of the file. as you see there are 2 spines. The difference is: one has red vertical cuts and the other has purple vertical cuts The red vertical cuts are a bit bigger than the purple vertical cuts, and since I did not test it yet, I do not know if the red cuts are not to big in order to be strong enough.
Hese's a cascade album that is so popular over here. 2 of the borders were from here, and I just converted them a bit, so heres my version.. Can use as many or as few of the pages to suit your own needs...
The file that was created by a UKscrappers member is the last page of this cascade album, the scalloped border, and was made by RachelB. I just made it wider to be able to use this as an album page..SO thank you RachelB for your wonderful work on this fab file..
The bracket files are actually from a font, and from a stock file from quickutz. I just made them bigger and welded them. The scallops were also borders from QC tweaked them as well...These are really nice when done, they are just like the word books, only with shapes instead of letters. Will post pics soon
For those with a CR and wanting to accurately cut and score cut the papers for Mary Anne's Triangular Squash book
Sue
Here is the template for Mary Anne's round squash book and the appropriate segment size which could be used for print and cut and used to resize imported jpegs.
Sue
This would be very difficult to make accutately without Robo
I am making a couple to send to twin girls for their 9th birthday but I am going to leave them partially unfinished for them to complete themselves - a sort of d-i-y card/book! I will add a photo when they are done
Sue
You can tell what I have just watched can't you?:lol::lol: MMM And I thought they were quite expensive when you already have card and a cutting machine to do it for you ....
All you need for this is card , kebab stick and your decorations....
Thought you might like this template of the owl inspired by the owl shape on the American Craft Fair papers by Lucy Hootski and drawn by Tara Torrens of Cleo Crafts.
I know we can't cut felt but we could flock cardstock and at least cut all the pages accurately!
This owl is so cute he would look good on a card or a layout
Sue
 I'm not sure what this is all about, but as requested by MaryAnne here is her septagon I'm sure she will explain all later :D
The plot thickens I've been asked to add an SVG version, hint; something to do with a 'mini book' ;)
I made this from the wine glass in the template section of RM by welding 8 of them together and TWEAKING the corners. Added the flowers from DT Flowers 2. Hope it is useful for somebody.
 Sharon
Here I am again, being inspired by more trendy things I've seen.
I've started to make wavy edged mini book pages, this is the first. I hope to post more in the coming week.
The lose flowers can be omitted. If you decide to place them on top of the edge, it looks nicer if you bend the petals up slightly first. Maybe layer them with smaller flowers? You can copy, paste and resize the flowers and make as many as you want! Top off with a jewel. :P
Or you can place a flower inside the page to get a hole cut. Lots of possibilities here!
:D Em
OK, this mini book started out with the flower edged page, but now it's expanded into ten pages  so I've decided to try and post it in chunks.
I'm not sure about how much I can post in one day, I hope I get part one and two in here today, otherwise I'll be back tomorrow.
The picture is only a bad greyscale scan of the actual book, I sure hope you can make it look better than that.
I'm working on some extra bits to decorate it with, I will post that last.
If you want to scale the book smaller or larger, you will have to make sure every page and bit is grouped individually. Then open a blank page in Robo Master and paste everything in there, so you can scale all of it at once. It can be outside the canvas or on top of each other, as long as each item is grouped on it's own. Select all and hold shift, whilst dragging on a corner point. Deselect, then eek out each piece to be able to cut it. Sorry, I don't know of a better way...
Em
Here are the final bits for this project. Part 4 are some extra pieces to decorate with. I've test cut it all, but if there is any problem, please let me know!
I inked the pages up quickly before I scanned in the picture, just so you can see the different layers better.
I hope you'll get something out of this!
Em
I have been playing around with my new machine  and new software, so have a few files to share.
I used 120gsm paper with these settings on the CraftRobo:
yellow cap
speed 10
thickness 12
But you might have to play around a bit. If the corners frazzles, decrease the thickness.
Hello
I have just been trying to make an open book with smaller insert pages in Inkscape.
I hope it may come in handy for someone.
Trish
Its back again now and only one cut ... what am I like
Once again I have been playing with studio:lol::lol::lol: I really must get some proper work done.....
Hope you can use Studio and GSD
This is a template for the inner pages to the 7 Gypsies Large Spiral Bound Book.
its contains 5 figured sheets, 1 backdrop,1 cover sheet
I am doing project life using my own page protectors, some of which are 6x4 vertical. I designed these cards to fit inside a 6x4 pocket with a border of patterned paper, but they could easily be resized.
These are simple, but my first ever make, thanks to your inspiration on here ladies!:thanks:
I needed a stack of books for a card :P
just added some more books from different angles :P
You someone can use these.
Cath
Card made from this file.
I'm working on my first design that's not completely flat. It's a pocket album, and the first time , it cut perfect. So, I made it bigger , its all grouped together so size proportions should have been the same. use?
The solid purple line is just a guide to bring the folded edge to. All perforations (blue) are fold lines. The holes should be aligned when you bring up the edge. You'll have a pocket, and 3 holes to use binder rings, ribbon, etc to bind several pages together.

This file is for the whole album except for the side panels which are regular rectangles. Also you will need 6 small envelopes for the concertina front section More info is on my blog
