I decided to go with cards I'd already made and change them for Mother's Day, two I've put on I Made This as there was no way I could find an ounce of yellow in them. There's a tiny bit of yellow in this so it's going in for this month's challenge. Yellow flowers in her shower cap, if you look very closely:lol: also, yellow flames in the candles. It all counts, to my cheating mind anyway.:D

Love it Susie. Such a fun card.
Yes I can see the yellow, and it does count
That meerkat looks like she's enjoying that drink.
Do you think it's champagne.

Thanks Ellie, it's Prosecco actually, Meerkats prefer it to Champagne.

I was going to put Prosecco, but couldn't get the spelling right:lol:

Yes wonder what next month colour will be ?

Oh you've picked such a lovely shade of yellow Wendy, goes beautifully with those dies. :D
Well done embracing the yellow Denise with your fab creation - love that allium detail. :)
Susie, your prosecco loving meerkat cracked me up! She obviously likes candle mood lighting too! hehe
I am finally emerging from my work-related bubble and have managed to make a few cards the past week. Will go share them over on the I Made this thread, and I also have a card up my sleeve for the March pantone challenge, but haven' got it posted yet... :)

I love what you've done with that die Wendy, very clever and effective, as Nat said a pretty shade of yellow too, lovely card. I have a die I might just try that with, it is such a lovely idea.
You're right Nat she does love her Prosecco and mood lighting, but don't we all! I love your latest card, the bright yellow with the grey background and the freshness of the white is just gorgeous. The splash of colour with the flower is a lovely touch.
I'm hoping now that the wedding problems are out of the way and the hospital visits are hopefully:roll eyes: out of the way for a while too (fingers crossed), I may actually get some time to craft. I've just bought some lovely background paper cd's which I'm looking forward to trying out, gorgeous colours and one just has to fit the next challenge.
Off to pot up strawberries and tomatoes so that tomorrow I'll have time to craft, God willing!:)
