I am sort of planning on using two albums. I have an 8 x 8 album, but also recently bought an acid free Photo Album (holds 6 x 4 photos) and plan to use this for all the extra photos I have taken which don't get used in the 8 x 8 album.

Definitely going with an 8x8 I forgot I had
Haven't yet decided on which album size ... or if I'm going to do this project digi or paper yet. I should really do paper scrapping as I've so much stash that needs using ... but as the class has bits and pieces that can be used hybrid, I guess it may turn out to be a mish-mash of the two.
I think I'll wait to see what comes out prompt-wise on Monday and see what inspires me. I've got a spare 8x8 and a 12x12 album (so hopefully I won't decide to go A4!!)
Hope everyone else is a bit more organised :D
Yeah, I'm debating over the totally digi or hybrid. I did hybrid for JYC and loved getting dirty again with inks, bulky embellishments and weird sized pages within the 8x8 structure.
I'd sort of planned on being fully digi this time, and probably printed in a bound photobook (when Shutterfly has an offer on!), but this will mean that I'll have to exclude trips pre digital camera, as I'm not about to start photographing all those old photos!
I'm also considering no pp, just plain white with black frames and minimal embellies! Of course, I may change my mind tomorrow!
I haven't decided yet either - waiting for first prompt but still thinking of completely random shapes and sizes and then just BIA at the end. Might go hybrid too....
I'm also planning to wait and see what Monday's prompt brings so I can get a better idea of what size I want to use. I'm thinking something around 8x8 or 7x5.
I haven't taken that many photos yet, I see this as more of an ongoing project rather than something I complete in a few weeks.
My problem is too many photos. And too many words. I've made a start on journalling and LOs, kind of testing my ideas (being digital, I can scrap - ho, ho - any ideas that don't work). But I'm already running up at about 2 double LOs per journal prompt, so that's 12 pages already - HELP!! And that's only the Here section.
I wrote a sort of There overview and counted up that I've been to 14 countries, so I reckon There is gonna be even bigger.
One question for those in the know....my JYC album was way too big for my BIA, so I used 1.25" book rings. Sadly, I've now run out. Has anyone seen these for sale anywhere in Britain? In Singapore I used to buy them in the equivalent of WHSmiths, but I've not seen any yet? Am I looking in the wrong place?
We've had lovely weather here today so have been out and about with my camera. Amazing to realise that I'm looking at where I live differently!
Ah-ha, Maxpuppy, I've found you here too. Just wrote a message to you on 2Peas Prompt 3 thread. I see my guess is correct, you are in Ealing. Love your grungy sign post photo.
And thanks Lis for tip on bookrings. Funnily enough I was biffing around in Richmond yesterday (nice day, so sought out the river for photos - hopeless, FAR too many people!), where was I? Oh, yes,.... I saw some very small rings in Rymans, but only the smallest of albums would fit and frankly my BIA is more use at that size.
Great minds think alike...well mine is a bit slower than most...have popped on to also ask what sort of album everyone is using. I am a multi-photo sort of a person rather than descriptive sort of person so think a 5 by 7 will be too small for me. I still have the first album I bought (8by 8 gate opening with 2 interlocking sections) unused and thought I would use that but don't think it is robust enough. I do have about 15 (12 by 12) ring binder albums filled with lumpy lay outs so thought I would go with a different size. Quite fancy a 10 by 8 portrait size but think I will actually have to get my BIA out of it's box for that.LOL
I made an album while I was at a crop yesterday. Umming and ahhing about whether it will be big enough. I made a 7" square version of the 'Surprise Surprise' album that Annette taught at the cyber crop. So I have 3 'secret keeper' pages which will be perfect for journalling and loads of other pages for photos. When I see the prompt tomorrow I will decide whether I'm going to use this whole album for 'here' or if it will do for all three sections. I could just make two more albums the same and have one for each fortnight (I love how my BIA gives me that choice!!).
I have finally had time to read the prompts and have a play! I haven't managed to get out and take many photos but I have a lot that I have already taken around home for other projects so I should be able to use those.
I have really enjoyed the journalling prompts and have found a small notebook which I am keeping by my side to jot down anything as I think of it.
I am going to wait until tomorrow before deciding what type of album to use although I am thinking along the lines of 3 different ones, one for each of the sections. I will probably also make them using my BIA - just hope the biggest O wires are big enough - Annette (Voodoo Vixen) had a good idea for her JYC book as well with 2 different sections.
Also having had a play with PSE thanks to the prompts I might even try digi for one of the albums although I really am more of a paper person.
I can't wait for tomorrow's prompt & seeing what everyone else is coming up with.

I've signed up and done almost nothing to get ready... I can't seem to take photos of my neighborhood that I'm happy with. Coming to realise that while I love my house, I dislike my neighborhood. I thought I'd try and take some pics of the greengrocers stands, and one guy chased me away. The other stand I asked permission and he refused. Friendly, huh? I've lived there for 18 months and it sort of feels like home... before that we lived with my inlaws for 3 years, which never felt like home. So I'm struggling with "Here." Will have to save up the prompts and mull them over, I guess.
