with the amount of cards coming through and with some parcels not named, im got really confused as to whos sent what:wub: ....but thanks to Kirky, Anne P, plus anyone else who has sent parcels through. I will count them up later and update the tally.
I need to say a special thanks to Nelliebones who has sent an amazing 72 cards plus a few other bits to sell......thank you so much....
My mum is doing really well after the masectomy and is now at home.....i took all the cards up yesterday for her to look at and she was amazed....she liked some of them so much that she has bought some herself:D Mum said to say thank you for all your generosity. We now have to wait for 2 weeks to see how much the cancer had spread within the boob. She also has to have a bone and liver scan to make sure that the cancer hasnt entered anywhere else......She should start her chemo after the 18th of November (she wants to go to my grad ball with her own hair) but has said that she wants a tartan wig as she has been thinking of dying her hair:lol: (she wants to grow old disgracefully:lol:
Glad the cards got to you Nina:D
Good to hear your Mum is recovering from the operation, and that she hasn't lost her sense of humour and fun - tartan wig:lol:
Hope the scan results are clear for her....
