Brilliant card for a little lad.
It's my daughter's 40th on the 12th Feb and we having a 'posh do'. I have made these place cards for the occasion using an electronic cutter and the Grand Calibur wiht Spellbinder dies.
I made this inspired by a link to a "doily" site on Hysteri-cal's 'Techniques ' forum last week.
If anyone is interested then the instructions are on that forum. Hope you like
Not been photographing my makes in ages, so sharing makes a real change, love all the work as always, especially Nat's pirate card

*whoa... sorry about the super big image, it's a bit shouty
Oi Mrs! Are you trying to make us drool over your lovely twine collection!
But in all seriousnes Fi, I have missed your cards about the place - really lovely colours and a fab design. Love the pinwheel!
It's a light thing, I'm slightly married to my job and so I'm rarely at home with daylight to photograph anything, I've found that by not sharing I was becoming much more passive though, often not even making anything... so I've decided to snap the best photo I can first thing in a morning before I go to work... and post (if I can) at coffee time or lunchtime.
I'm going to try and catch up on 2013s challenges and finish my december daily so I have plenty to keep me busy
I know what you mean, I made a card in a real rush on Sunday just to try and photograph it in daylight and I'm not best pleased with the card now. I think I am going to have to remake it and just bite the under-the-craft-lamp-photo bullet!
Another ginormous image... sorry...

The card was supposed to be a one layer card, but I'm not much of a stamper so I used the inspiration from my class in a slightly different way. I'm certainly making the most of the washi I bought a few days ago...
Fab colour combo Fi - love how vibrant this card is. :)
Made this for my daughter whose birthday is 12th February. I used and electronic cutter for the silver background and the number and Marrianne dies for the squares.
Sue x :)
I love the gems on the numbers, really blingy and special :)
Fifi-T: What a lovely card - so nice, I like it!
Check me out... 3 cards in 3 day :P, another inspired by my class

Oooh I think this might be my favourite! You are on a roll and long may it continue! Very nice!
Out of interest Fi, what brand of card blank is that? It's very nice and a bit different from my Kraft Papermania cards which are darker and not "stripey". :)
Anyway, here is a recent make from the weekend - very clean and simple and alas was losing daylight when I snapped the pic:
