Here's another one wit a mat. I haven't cut this one but it should be ok
Here's my first one
Some lovely files here on the first day! Here is my first entry - it is intended as a scrapbook frame although it could easily be made smaller for a card.

Not sure if this counts, I think it does, but not very good at doing frames so used a font which is Ipsnowflake - capital letter B.
It has a base mat which cuts great and a top decorative layer which cuts great but is very delicate.
Also added the same frame but with a circle around it so it can be cut out of a card blank if you delete the outer circle instead of using as a topper.
A simple frame but may be useful to someone
Another simple one
Another one from me if anyone can use it
Line art faux satin stitch frame, designed in Inkscape. The template's orange lines need to be drawn with gel pens first before sending to cut.
There are some gorgeous frames on here now - Sharon I love your ballerinas and Joyce your faux satin stitch is so realistic - at first glance I honestly thought you'd been up all night embroidering it!!
I've done a couple of star frames (thinking about Christmas - how sad is that?). Care is needed lifting these off the carrier sheet 'cos they're a bit delicate

Similar design to the square frame but round this time
WOW, I've just done my first filigree, and thought I'd share it with you all. I didn't realise how much work went into making a filigree file, and I probably won't do another for quite a while hahaha Hope you like it. Haven't cut it yet, so I'm hoping it's fine.
OK, I know I said I wouldn't do another filigree for quite a while, but I seem to be addicted. Here's the 3rd one I've done, but the 2nd one I'm sharing with you all. Again, as usual, I haven't cut it, but it should be fine. Hope you like it xx
I saw some mats like the flower one on create and craft, won't mention the person showing them as I don't think it is allowed, anyway I saw them and they were quite pricy for what you get so I decided to play around and do my own.The snowflake mat is my own idea as I needed a nice mat to showcase one of Silenes fabulous snowflakes.
Apologies for the image, obviously gold & silver mirri card and a scanner don't mix
As you see, the different sections of the mat can have different colour paper/card behind them so great for using those little bits I tend to hoard as they are too pretty to throw away :D
BTW, use quite thin card otherwise the small pieces won't come out without tearing the mat and don't cut them too small, I made mine to fit 135 x 135 mm square cards.
I thought the polygon design would make a nice mat so here is what I've come up. I cut it in120 gsm paper and it cut really well, but care is needed when lifting from the carrier sheet as it's a bit lacy!
Here's my effort for this months challenge. Hope its ok. :)
Font = Floralia using Letter b.
