I designed this in inkscape and I have to confess I didn't cut and assemble  My lovely lady Jan Connor did it for me as I just didn't have time and it's been wating to be cut for a couple of days now.. But as usual Jan came to my rescue and what a lovely job she has done too..
Hope you can use ;)
I made this by request for a lady who needs something for June..
Hope some of you can use too :D Sorry not made up just didnt have time.. if you would like the svg version you can download from my blogg..
Here is a name book, ALANA, and if you didn't use the last A then it would be an Alan name book:P
The font used is CHICK from Dafont I think, you won't need it installed to see the font, I have included the letter toppers, but there is only 1 A, you just have to cut the A 3 times.
Designed this sometime ago and just didn't get it finished..
Hope someone can use :P
As you may have gathered by now, I love doing name books.
The font is Forte, another favourite
This is a small name book, but you could resize it, I wanted to keep is small to put on the bottom of my 60 card ( photo is in my gallery)
font is Forte
I know this is a bit late for this Christmas, but then, that is the story of my life, I am always leaving things to the last minute.
So the font is Almonte Snow, but you won't need it, as I have welded every letter just for that purpose. Free font from DaFont.
(TIP)By welding a single letter, even if it doesn't change it visually, it changes it so that the font is not required to be installed or even open, when using this file.
For the snow effect I used Graphtecs glitter paper, if there are more than one piece of snow to a letter, then it is grouped together before grouping it to the letter. (for ease of use when cutting).
Also the snow flakes which are also welded, are WWFlakes also from DaFont.
The snow flakes in the photo are slightly different from the GSD file, as I was working merrily^_^ making this word book, and when I just had cut the last page with the Y and snowflakes the b****y RM crashed, my pointer was literately on its way up to File>Save as........when I got the lovely (not) message saying there was a problem and RM would have to close.
I had saved it all, but at the last minute I decided to change the last page and put snowflakes where there was no letter, hence that bit wasn't saved, neither was the other pages with my workings,, so when I cut another one I will change the photo, AND hopefully it will be a better photo:lol::lol::lol:
I hope you like it and thanks for looking:thanks:
I did this for my GD birthday in mid December, but because of the time of year I forgot to take a piccy of it.
The font is Almonte Snow, which I welded then ungrouped to get the snow bits off, and they were cut in Graphtecs white glitter paper, which gave a lovely effect.
On the template, I have left a complete happy birthday, to make it easy to see how the "snow" should go on, on the bigger letters of Nicole it is a bit easier to see.
I didn't realise I hadn't shared this file, anyhow, here it is. It was made for a December birthday, hence the snow capped letters.
Font is Almontesnow, I to make it workable, I weld it first, then ungroup it, that lets the "snow" it be separated, for the snow I always use Graphtecs glitter paper. for the tartan, that was a napkin (serviette) split down to one layer and I used a glue stick to stick it on to white card, let it dry overnight under a heavy book, and I just cut it as normal next day, on the robo (of course), I'm always surprised at what the robo will actually cut.
I hope you find this file useful.
I just thought I would share this in the Feb chall I haven't cut it yet, but, as I only have a week left to complete and post to my cousin, I am very sure it will cut fine, and I will post photo on completion.
The font is Arnold Bocklin, I think it was maybe on a disk of some other verse type thingy, but I researched it and found it on Fontspace. It is of course welded, so you will not need the font installed.
Sorry I have been missing in action, been so busy sorting my sisters party out.
I designed this card for my sister. I printed the leopard print onto pearl card and then cut it and then also cut in kraft card. Then decided it needed backing in the black.
I punched the holes in with my hole punch thing.
The last page needs an extra block adding to it, I just cut a piece of kraft card 20cms by 24 cms and used a 1 cm overlap. then cut a smaller piece of the leopard print to fit. And then backed it with black.
The card measures approx 21 by 53 cms and I had to wrap it in tissue paper.
Hope it is of juse to someone. The font is Cabaret and was a freebie.
