This is another template made form Joyce (2magpies) I am on a role now.
Thank you Joyce for making templates easy to follow, i am really enjoying doing different ones.

Many thanks to Lucille for checking this file and making the mats for me.
I hope this template will be of use to someone, you can either use it as a topper or a stencil, i have tried it and it cuts well.

These were made with a dingbat called Kaleidoscope bats. They only needed a little tweaking
Not very original I'm afraid but I'm still fairly new at this.
Well I must be going round in circles :)
As I find myself making up GSD files with circles ,ovals etc
So here is one I just finished this morning
and a card I made with it
so enjoy:)

I've cut them out as you can see but haven't used them yet. I laid them on black card so they are easier to see
My challenge is make a topper or stencil using Inkscape and clones which can be found under the edit menu.
There's a tutorial here if anyone needs help. If anyone wants to join in and hasn't got Inkscape it can be downloaded free from Inkscape.org
I've added a couple which I've made and they cut fine
Here's mine.. Sorry a bit basic But I have done it this month... Oh and just to add I am the first too hhahahahah
Don't know how you can call that basic Tina - TFS. x
Here's my effort, hope its right, not done the clones before, lol. Not cut yet either, so hope its ok.
I just had to have a go in Inkscape. Those tutorials are great. When you first get your hands on some software, you wanna play around, but you don't know where to start! Then you print out a tutorial, and presto, you're away!
I made my topper with a scroll that came from a free dingbat typeface called "LT Sweet Nothings". I'm not so sure that it will cut out well in smaller size though, so maybe it can't be used on a card LOL I'll give it a further play.
I don't know how to test cut the .svg file, hopefully it works.

Another one from me, I have cut it and it's fine but my camera needs charging so it's just a screen shot
I'm not so sure about how this one is going to be of any use :p
But I've been experimenting. Originally I tried to make a very intricate mat from the Love bird I posted earlier today, but after several failed attempts I had to resort to just an outline.
Maybe it would look ok if the "Love bird" was first cut out 5 times, then layered on top of the matting?
Oh well, here it is!
OK I've done one :D
This was done using a ding called 'ryp butterfly 1' used the tutorial and then welded to a circular frame and I've also included a copy of the butterflies as stand alone without the frame. Don't use as a stencil unless you want a card with a big hole in the middle :nono:
Sorry I forgot to say that the ding has been altered so you won't see it as it is now if you download it.
This is using a ding called Imaginary Forces again used the tutorial and then welded a circle to their feet, it will be easy to make a frame and weld to that if anyone prefers it that way.
