another card made with Joyce's tutorial. I think I'm getting the hang of it now:lol::lol:
Here's the third one. This was a real pain in the you know what. It just wouldn't cut right at first but seems to be fine now
Two the same design one as a topper and one as a card
One for a topper one for the centre of a a card. I love the monochrome look
This is a card I made for my sons birthday.
Hope you like it.
:thanks:
Monica
There are some very pretty designs that can be made with the Star Tool in Inkscape. I used Brian's converter so I hope all will be well. If not please let me know.
I have made this appiture using the transformation function in DM.
I have also given you the wording I used and the original oval. Have a play.
Ann
PS. I forgot to say the top layer of the letters I used a pen and then used embossing powder
Two more cards I have made. One of them is for a friend in UK. Hope she will like it. The second, I will keep for a while. There are so many birthdays to come. It might be handy to have a spare.

oops, just noticed that I have put the stem on the last flower upside down - sorry
Two for the price of one this time:lol::lol:
Designed in Inkscape using Spring Flower Dingbats (aka CW_EASTS.TTF) and hand traced for a quicker cut in RM 2.4 :comp:
The card cut well, but the weeding took time and a lot of patience.
Hope it might be useful to someone.
.
Another scalloped card if anyone can use it
Been playing in Inkscape this afternoon and came up with this.
Sorry the pic is only a screenshot, but I haven't had time to make up as yet
It should fit inside an A5 Envelope.
I haven't cut this yet but it should be ok
Udated to say I've cut it now and it's fine but make yourself a sandwich and a cup of tea while it cut's as it takes ages. Of course that's if anyone want's to use it I've never made a shaker card but I've got sooo many small shapes from the lattice's I've cut out I think I might have to make one just so they're not wasted...miser or what?
