This is a poppy line art card design, but I have included a separate topper if you’d prefer to layer it rather than cut your base card.
I do hope it might be useful.
GSD, Studio and SVG files are in the zip folder.
.
Well after some debating how I would get this done I think I have mastered it :D Took me literally ages to work out but now I have done it, something else I have learnt.... Obviously for personal use only Please
Hope someone can use... IT'S HERE in Studio......
Available from my blog will be GSD & SVG:D
Maybe useful for someone.
All the colours are set to "no cut" so you will need to choose cut or no cut for each one depending on which one you are drawing.
Each colour is grouped separately to make it easier to select
The flowers are from a dingbat called Saru's flowers and the leaf is from the SS library
Another lineart file. the info on how to use it is with the file
This is my first attempt at line art. I have made both a card and a topper. I did the card yesterday after re doing and saving all my test cut settings because my Cameo refused to cut properly with the ones I'd previously saved. Well the card cut OK but the pens were a bit hit and miss as you can probably see from the photo. I was using the glitter sketch pens. Today I have done the topper and used different sketch pens and they worked fine as did the cutting. In both of the attached files the flower head and leaves are grouped separately as are the frame for the topper and the card base so you just have to select which you want to draw/cut. The cut style in both files is set for drawing the flower head. Hope all this makes sense as I seem to have waffled on a bit !!
My xbox controller studio file. enjoy
The overlay and topper designs were drawn with glitter gel pen onto parchment, which cut very well and was tough enough to be lifted from the carrier sheet without tearing.
The overlay was stitched to the base card at the spine and also anchored to the card front with a small piece of double sided tape which was hidden by the centre mat. I used self adhesive flat sided pearls to decorate.
The topper and its central mat were hand embossed, and I am no great shakes at embossing, so don't look too closely.
Hope they might be useful.

A line art card and topper design inspired by all the daffodils brightening up our garden at the moment.
I have included Studio, SVG and GSD files in the zip folder and hope they might be useful.
I designed this line art floral step card for my MIL’s birthday next month, and thought I’d upload it in case anyone else would like it.
The line art was drawn with Silhouette sketch pens first before sending to cut. I’ve included brief instructions in the Studio file, along with topper, mat and insert.
SVG, GSD and Studio files are in the zipped folder.
Hi lovetoad,
I'm so sorry you are having problems with this. It is hard to be sure but it sounds as though the folds on your card may not be in the right place. I've attached a screenshot to show where the folds should be and which ones are mountain folds and which valley folds. I do hope this will help.
I will PM you my address though in case the image isn't clear enough or you need me to send any photos. HTH.
A simple line art dandelion card with a few sentiments included with the template, in the hope that it might be suitable for several different occasions.
Brief drawing instructions are included in the Studio file, and the zipped folder contains GSD, Studio and SVG templates. :comp:
