Thank you Susie. No I haven’t used them , it’s just a bit of sparkly glue.
I’m not that confident with the pens yet. Do you have to shake them
every time you use them?
Ellie
I tend to give them a shake as the sparkly bits settle I think. Just don't over squeeze them as blobs of colour suddenly drop out. Sometimes you feel as if there is nothing coming out and the suddenly there is.
Here are my first attempts at the March challenge and indeed any challenge at all.

Oh well done, you will keep the challenge going all on your own, or at least, you Ellie and Elaine this month. Fab cards, I feel sure I've seen that die set before but can't place it, what make is it? You see ladies, there is someone who probably has more dies than me.
Each day I say I am going to make some cards today and each day I haven't, I've done something else. It won't be tomorrow either as we are out again.
I can't remember what make it is, it may just be one from the famous book selling site:)
Yes I am afraid I have rather a lot of dies, I have 40 A4 double sided storage trays nearly full, and I am working on it. I have spotted some new dies I want, so roll on next pay day:)
Beautiful cards - I have a similar 'quilt block' die which you have made me remember, must dig it out.... LOL. I have managed to make some cards but they are more of a fit for last month's challenge!!!
Wendy
Wendy, I'm sure we'll find something in them that fits so post them anyway.
I am trying hard not to buy dies at the moment, I have far too many and need to use all the ones I have. That said, the problem is I find I have certain favourites that do get used over and over again especially some of the TL ones.
Here is the baby card I made using the wreath I concocted from a download and then cut with one of the TL dies. It's the same die and wreath from last month's challenge but with a slight twist - basically, it's me cheating again. Mind you, it's got pinks and greens and butterflies and sparkle so not too much cheating.;)

Beautiful Susie, and so delicate, I don’t mind that you “cheated”
Ellie
Oh dear, I’ve got a bit behind !
Love your cards Ellie, especially the first one, very striking. The little bling in the flower centre is a nice touch.
Lillyicon, your quilted cards look great ! Those dies have all sorts of uses for cards :)
Susie, that floral wreath is so pretty, clever you. Of course it fits the prompt
Here’s one from me finally, took inspiration from the little block of lilac in the corner, and the butterfly of course - they are so good for cards !
Attachment 201569
Beautiful card Alison. I love the butterflies, both the raised ones ,and the stamped ones.
I’ve made one and my inspiration was the little light brown block.

Beautiful cards everyone, love them all really. Like you Susie, I'm trying not to buy any new dies atm because I've got far too many and have hardly used any of them yet
Oops! I bought some yesterday from a certain place Sheila. I'm a member of a club and they give you a free item when the magazine comes out and this time it was a free die but whilst I was looking for it I saw a pile of Memory Box dies, all sentiments that I didn't have, really handy ones. At first I thought I'm not paying that but then realised they'd taken about £37 off the price which made them so cheap and on easy pay, so in my basket they went. But hey, no I'm really not buying any dies!
Love the butterfly card Alison, like Ellie I do love that mix of stamped and are they die cut ones too?
Love your sunflower card too Ellie and that soft background paper looks lovely. Is it KC by any chance?
 Susie ! Actually I bought myself a set of SU dies and stamps this morning for my birthday, I was looking for ideas on Pinterest and kept seeing the same flowers and dies popping up so googled it, and the rest is history ! I did get a free set of stamps too which was nice :)
Ellie, I recognise that background paper, and love that sunflower stamp. Lovely card :)
My extra butterflies are hand cut from surplus stamping. I do have punches for those butterflies but who knows where they are
I had to add those to cover up some poor stamping underneath. Must remember to use my stamp positioner !
Some really lovely cards here this month! Love that butterfly one Alison.
Here is Miss As birthday card I made this morning.
‘Noonicorns’ are her favourite at the moment.. as they are every little 4 year old girls I gather!
I’ve made 24 Christmas cards the last couple of days too.
Tut tut!! Girls, you put me to shame. I must look for more Dies to buy, I can’t be outdone:lol:
Susie, you said you weren’t buying anymore Dies, what’s happened to your self will!!
Alison ,yes you were right about the paper. Susie it’s not KC it’s Anna Marie Designs, called
Blissful Cocoa. Alison and I bought some from a craft fair. I’ve still got a lot left.
Ellie
Beautiful Elaine. She will love it.i like the trail of pink hearts and the sequins.
Is it a shaker card?
Ellie
Gorgeous card Elaine, she will love it! The little unicorn is so sweet, is it a stamp or a digi image?
I know, I know Ellie, it was a moment of weakness but I seem to being having a lot of them lately. Buying wool/yarn is the worst at the moment, I have so much knitting to do and I should be making cards and LO's instead.
Yes Ellie it is a shaker card. Thought I’d do something different..I nearly threw it out of the window at one point..all the sequins were sticking with static to my fingers! I had been considering making some to sell at the fete.. but I really don’t think I can be bothered!
The image is just one I found online..I printed it out ready coloured. I’m going to use the same image to adorn some Unicorn themed fairy wands I’m making for the fete too. Busy, busy!
Glad you like it..I know she will too. If it hadn’t have been for her it would have been launched outside! Lol
Gorgeous cards everyone
love the butterflies Alison
Your colours Lillyicon so pretty
I was going to ask the baby name Susie you answered my question I really love that style of card you do to personalise it
Love the unicorn and the shaker sequins ELaine
Thanks Denise, it was supposed to have her photo in but her she had such a bad time I didn't get one. Of course, I've been in and taken my own now.
Elaine, you cracked me up with the idea of launching that card, know the feeling. Have you tried an old tumble dryer sheet over your fingers first when handling the sequins. I don't know if it will help but they seem to help in lots of other anti-static crafty ways.
Never thought of that Susie?
No cards from me today
I getting really into sequins atm but mine to hide my mistakes
I just get covered in them, or drop them all over the floor.
Here is another pinkish card I made today.

That is really gorgeous Ellie! I love the happiness banner at the top, I've not seen that before.
Thank you Susie. It’s part of an embellishment pack ,that I won on a retreat.
Ellie
Lucky you, it's lovely and a bit different too.
pretty love the heart
Back again yes I agree with chat from snap thread as well as the 5 points per card there should be extra for Nats challenge
Maybe if you make 5 per prompt get an extra 30 like BTCR
as rules atm allow only claim for 10 cards per month
I made these last Friday at one of my classes

That’s really nice. Like your box too
Ellie
That's my favourite card too Ellie
Lovely to see so many fab cards for this month's prompt! :D
Here are some of the Easter cards I managed that were all inspired by the challenge - lots of variations on a few themes and excuses to experiment with some turnabout wreath stamps as well as the Gina K wreath builder template. :)

Really lovely cards Sheila.
What have you used to stamp the squared backgrounds ?
Ooh, fab bunny cards Nat ! Love that bunny PP on the third card :)
Alison we just used a small acrylic block and inked it up with some Distress Oxide inks, spritzed it with water, then put direct onto the card, it was messy but great fun.
