Wow Sarah - those are so colourful and so different - great cards !
Sarah - your cards are really charming and it is lovely to see something so unique. Kat - well done on your catch-up!
I am probably only a couple of weeks behind now, but am waiting until after tomorrow to start uploading. I have my twin sons' 2nd birthday party/our farewell bash tomorrow, and have made quite a few cards for friends, which I want to give them then - so can start uploading from Sunday, assuming I'm not too exhausted!
I've made a masculine card for part of my We Challenge You entry. It was for my OH's birthday last month.

oh my word - a little bit of sunshine and I'm way behind!!!!
Karen: I love your neg die cuts, love the colour choice.
Alibri :The fish are fantastic! I love the colour behind!
Wendy: I think you need 10 points for the seasons there, brilliant idea!
Silvertiger: lovely cards, really love the hexagon one!
Stillcrafting: I'm a massive fan of digi but only tend to use it as elements on a card - you have inspired me! Love the '4' one!
I have to admit, cards have taken a major backseat - cupcakes and crochet has taken over lately! Thankfully I had one on order or I'd still have this on my list of 'to do's'!
I decided cricket is most definately 'seasonal'.

That is a fabulous card - love the idea of mounting the images on tags.
I really like those tags :) here is mine for week 28 - stripes and pink/blue - somehow I found it difficult to combine both of those! The papers are from a magazine.

Here's mine week 7 a card with a heart for a wedding Anniversary

Ann - love the masculine card - very "on vogue" with the moustache! Cricket - very topical - love all the layers, Lilli - great card.
Wendy - you must be on top of the game! Heidi - I love all the little hearts and the twine - very tactile.
Here's my Week 9 - use roses .....
http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...-Use-Roses.jpg
I'm sure I have some of that rose paper somewhere...... never knew quite what to do with it, but it certainly makes a lovely card :)
Here is my week 29 Nordic card - I have gone with the red/white/kraft idea from Nat - though the 'kraft' is actually stone colour linen-effect cardstock
Wendy
Very pretty Wendy! I love the swirls on the butterfly and the colour scheme is effective isn't it? :)
Here is my Week 30 card - so pleased with it, actually!
http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...le-Stories.jpg
That's just lovely Ali - love the colour combo and pop, and those little clouds are the perfect addition.
I am quite a fan of Simple Stories - but I'm on that thin edge of if I were to buy I don't know where to start and I'd go all out on a spree, so so far I have just been watching and admiring but definitely going to use their snap products if and when I ever get round to project life - which of course leaves some scraps for cardmaking. ;)
Wendy, lovely non-Christmas card with those Nordic shades. ;) I'm always a big fan of white on kraft.
It's also been nice to see some recent posts with cards inspired by older prompts in the challenge - lovely work folks! Heidi, love that jar of hearts, great for an anniversary card!
While I'm doing a bit of blog updating I might as well share the last card I managed to make for the challenge - The deckchair inspired Thank You card:

I've managed to do a couple more so will share them soon - just need to take the pics.
OK, here's my Nordic inspired number - the colours of the Swedish flag:

And the homage to Crate Paper - well not really an homage, but I do love their stuff!

Heres the easle card I made for week 24 & my nieces birthday

Wow! Love the dimensionality, and it will be a beautiful keepsake.
Nat - all your cards are gorgeous - I love your vintage/modern style!
I have so enjoyed looking through all your posts and cards - thank you. I was pointed towards your challenge via We Challenge You - I'll be back. :) here's my card for wk28.

Very pretty cards everyone! :D
Well, can't believe how quickly the week has rolled around. Here's my card for today's new prompt:

Ok people - here's my Week 31 challenge -
http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...on_Banners.jpg
I am staying afloat here, but not really managing to make up the backwater at the moment .... very mixed analogies, but you know what I mean ...
Not a great image, but I made it for someone at a crop, and they took the photo for me, so at least I was able to enter ... :)
http://www.ukscrappers.co.uk/photopo...ir-Stripes.jpg
A quiet and simple card for Week 28 - my focus was to use some CherryArte rub-ons that were stuck to the glossy kraft coloured backing paper ... I added some tiny pearls and an embossing folder image I had done many years ago, that is sitting at the bottom of a drawer waiting to be used up ....
As opposed to the above, an "in your face" card for using inspiration from Week 13 - I used a card I had pinned on Pinterest. It was very delicate and used pastel colours!
I stuck some sequins on, and then decided that they looked odd, so I went over the top of them with Stickles ....

I like both of those - so different but very effective.
This is our busy time at work at the moment so I haven't had the energy in the evenings to do any crafting. I did manage to make a card yesterday on one of my days off though. Hopefully I will be able to catch up after the manic summer.
Great cards everyone, I can only assume that the holiday season is in full swing. I had hoped to be back on a better schedule when returning to work, but am just too tired on an evening to craft properly. ;)
But thought I might as well share my cards here:

Now I have a couple of weeks holiday I am hoping to get a few more cards made. Here is my take on using the colours in the photograph of the embroidery silks.
Great card, Virginia! I love the stitching and all the colours and details. :D
Some lovely cards being shared :) I am four weeks behind now, must really make an effort to catch up
Wendy
Here's my layered card for this week:
http://koolkittymusings.typepad.com/...2013-08-16.jpg
OK .... here we go .... weeks 30 (favourite brand), 31 (banners) and 32 (blue)
nearly caught up with the rest, too, but no photos as yet. Now off I go, over to the Christmas thread!
wendy
Great job, Wendy. I love the beautiful pearls and the tones of the first card, but I think the blue one pips it just for me! :)
Well folks - at this stage, I am only one week behind, but haven't had a chance to blog some of the latest cards - and won't now, I don't think.
You don't get unlimited broadband access in Australia the way you do here, and I will have minimal stash to hand for the foreseeable future, so I guess I will have to call it a day for now and see what happens when I get there from about two weeks's time.
I've loved the challenges Nat - thanks so much for your hard work and hosting - always love a chance to interpret somethings a bit differently and use up some stash!
Best wishes, everyone. x
Hope it all goes well for you Ali :-)
Wendy
Thanks very much Wendy! :D
Drum roll please....... I have caught up
Here are weeks 33 (birthday), 34 (layering) and 35 (thank you). I did two 'thank you' cards, neither specifically Christmas and I didn't do a 'birthday' Christmas card either. I am especially pleased with the layered card, it started as a project from the Creative Expressions booklet, but I changed the topper. All the cards will be blogged over the next few days :)
Wendy
Well done Wendy! It must feel very satisfying. :)
Ali, I am not sure where in Oz you are going, but there are many plans available for good broadband access. City areas are generally better than country but that as not always the case.
If you are coming anywhere near me, Kempsey, mid north coast NSW, then you are welcome to share my stash until you get settled. Heaven knows I have enough to share with several people and not miss it at all. LOL!
Jan - that is SO kind - thank you! My aunt and uncle lived there many year's ago when I was small, so we used to go there quite regularly - not that I have much memory of it!
We're headed to Brisbane - that's where most of my family are. It would have been fantastic to have lived near a UKS'er! :D xxxxx
Do you know of any good Aussie scrapping forums?
Ali, I have not really found a decent Aussie thread. I do like this one and I also am a member of Splitcoast Stampers. That's not to say one doesn't exist, just that I have not gone looking very much.
Good luck with the move.
Ali - Good luck with the move. I hope you still have time to craft eventually.
