Just about, glue always sticks well when you don't want it to. Just like those butterflies, they're annoying me because they are so even. I must have the attention span of a gnat!

Forgot to say, the polar bear topper I've had for a couple of years.
Got it from a show. Perhaps they don't do it anymore.
I'm going to the same show Oct 16 th, I will have a look and see if
they do it.
Ellie
Yes it's fine Ellie, in fact I've just taken a photo to upload it. Here's a first for me... this looks nicer in real life than it does in the photo. Now you won't hear me say that very often:lol: It seems to have lost something photographing it, maybe it's the light. Anyway, you'll get the gist it.

I didn't put a sentiment on because I want it to go in the middle of the wreath, but my white on white snowflake is there so I think I'll make another with a sentiment minus the central snowflake.
Wow, that's really, really nice. It's colourful without being overtly so.
I love it. How did you make the wreath, and are the snowflakes
embossed . Also like the background paper..
Ellie.
Wow, thank you so much Ellie, I actually like it too, which is very unusual 'cos my hubby says he's never met anyone who is as critical of themselves as I am.
Anyway, to answer your questions, I made this on a 5x5 card stock and the backing paper is by Hobby House, one of their Christmas range obviously. I topped that with a star embossing folder an 8x8 one by Die'sire Embossalicious Star of Wonder. I keep forgetting they're stars I think of them as snowflakes. The wreath I cut out of the Hobby House paper but it looked lost so I cut another on white card stock and heat embossed it with the green glitter and layered them up. The snowflake in the centre is one of the Impression Obsession set of small snowflakes, I think it's the biggest of the bunch and added Glamour Dust to some of the stars and the snowflake. Oh and wreath is by Tonic called Holly Bouquet, I love this wreath. It fits lovely on a 5x5 card but I'll also try it on a 6x6 card because it will leave more room for a sentiment. Hope that helps.
I must admit I love the Hobby House paper.
Thanks for that Susie.
I looked at Hobby House papers, and you are right, they do have
some lovely ones.
You put a lot of work into that card, and it's lovely.
I'm going to have a look at Tonic now.
Ellie
If you want anything cutting with the Tonic dies just let me know.
It's a stunning card..Ive just photographed mine!
Lovely cards Elaine.
I like the colours of the first one. They go well together.
That flower is perfect. Is it made from card, or some other material?
I like the way you have done the background too.
I always like Father Christmas on cards :)
Ellie
3christmas cards from me today.
The first 2 are similar. I took inspiration for them from the
Kaisercraft Mag. The third is similar colours but a bit different.
All have snowflakes.
Ellie.
Ooh lovely cards!
The colours are gold and white. The flower is made with a filigree die out of card
I thought it was gold Elaine, but it looks more bronze in the photo.
Still lovely though :)
Ellie
Good grief, you've two have been so busy, how do you do it? It takes me ages just to make one card!
All gorgeous cards, I particularly love your bauble on Ellie, very elegant and I love the three different colours you've used.
Elaine, thanks so much for your comment. I love that your two cards are so different and each just lovely in their own different way. I have to ask if the sentiment on the first one is a stamp that you've heat embossed? Could you tell me what the make is, it is so classy?
Here's one ,different colours from the norm.
