Nothing christmassy from me but I have just made this which fits the grey and silver theme.... I recently started a teach yourself to draw course with a book my mum bought me for my birthday. This is the first one I am reasonably pleased with and is a bit unseasonal but as you can see it is a daffodil (version 779 odd) and mum will love it as a card as she has been following its progress.

That's great Maria, well done you on learning a new art. It is most definitely a daffodil, and a very fine one at that. :D
-
Brilliant drawing Maria. Just shows what perseverance can do! Keep at it.

Maria it took me so long to find your card … it’s beautiful. You have drawn that really well… the angles are hard and you nailed it … I love the shading behind that pulls the flower forward

Here's my take on the prompt elements.

As for the grey, that subtle stenciled snowflake background was created on white cardstock using light grey ink.
Then we've got the pine cones, wintry tree branches, frosty sparkle, snowflakes, etc.

That's fab Alison, I love the layers of grey tones for the branches. :)
-
Gorgeous card Nat, love your subtle background:)

Beautiful cards Nat and Alison.

Wow, what a fabulous selection of cards, all stunning!
I'm confused, I find it hard to find this thread these days? Mind you, I was looking for December's prompts at one point forgetting we are still in November.

I've gone for the same theme Nat, love the 3d look of yours. A toughy this month but I think I'll get away with it, DH says it is a bit Christmas.
