I agree why bin a perfectly good die cut for the want of a few flicks with a craft knife.
I find most of the time I don't have to move the knife just put the blade into one of the lines and then gently manoeuvre the design around it and the cut is as good as the CR if it had cut all the way through.

I did this layout at the weekend........the scallop I made myself (to prove to myself I could do it :lol:). I also cut the title (sorry can't recall the font).

a friend asked me to make some invites for her daighters 13th birthday after struggling to find ant in the shops so I am up with these......since then been asked to do 40+ 18th invites for her neice ....

Well, I don't know if I've got the wording and spelling right, but ever since I watched Tina on Create & Craft TV, I've been watching some of the shows and the other day one of the guests was demoing this technique and I decided I would have a go at it with my Craft Robo and this is what I came up with:
