Group of words from text
Erm.... haven't explained that very well, have I?!!!
I don't even know what to google. This is what I'm after.... a group of words of all different sizes (maybe different colours too) which reflect their frequency in the body of a text which has been selected. The words are at right angles to each other.
If anyone understands what I am asking for, where do I find the software to do it, please? I have tried it before, but now haven't got a clue of what to look for!
Many thanks!

I'm not sure how you would do this on a PC but I blogged about converting a Wordle grouping to a PDF then editing it and creating a background for a layout. Funnily enough I was just thinking abut playing with this again - it's been AGES since I was on Wordle but I do still love the effect. Wouldn't the groupings make cute PL cards?

Oh I love that effect ... and yes, they'd be great for PL layouts x

And just cause I could....
I tried Wordle cause that was what I was familiar with but the cloud now opens in a Java applet so my old technique doesn't work anymore. Instead I went to Taxedo, created the word clouds, saved it, cropped the image to delete the border they add then resized them to make them 3 x 4. Easy Peasy :)

Oh wow, I LOVE that technique, it never occurred to me that I'd be able to do it myself - thank you
