I can't remember how to exclude certain threads on UKS. At the moment there are so many Team and Challenge posts that I am not part of that I would like to exclude them when I go to 'New Posts'. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

Think I may have got it. Went to the bit above forum Spy but not sure if that excludes things just from Forum Spy or from New Posts as well. Isn't it odd how you can go round and round UKS looking for a function and on the fifth try you suddenly spot it?
I've pinned that to the top here so the post about it doesn't drift away again :)
