Hi

I usually just use a strip of DST on the card crease.
I use very thin double sided tape which I fix to the back of the insert close to the fold.
I use the blue tape runners which are double sided. You can manoeuvre the insert if you don't press it down too firmly but once pressed in place they are stuck. I make a couple of thousand cards for charity so I need something quick, easy and mess free and there's no waiting for it to dry or any bubbling of paper which you can get with other glues.
I use double sided tape each side of the fold too, you only need a small length each side.
me too d/s tape on the inside front near to the fold, that way when you open the card the top leaf of the insert lifts and you see the words inside.
Thank you so much for all the great advice. I know my Mum will be very grateful.:thanks:
I use a glue stick but will try the DST now as most of you seem to use it, mine sometimes come unstuck quite quickly, thank you.
LOL just saw this tread in new posts and thought it said how to stick insects in cards
Sorry to crash your thread xx
<snigger> at Cheeky Girl LOL!
I find glue stick is no ood as the glue eventually loses its stickiness and then everything drops out!
A girl after my own heart - that's one of the best mis-readings I've come across! I'm always doing that too.

PS I use the same method as Sharron for sticking them in - and I'm typing this with a feeling of deja-vu as I'm sure I've posted the same comment on another thread in the last couple of days.... :P
We use DST too, just a little bit, we also fold the insert first as it makes it easier to place

I agree with Sharron, narrow DST on the card, left side near the fold.
