Cheshire craft swap/indoor car boot

Let me know if interested ASAP
12 tables confirmed!!

lots left though!

Confirmed 19th July!! 12-4pm
DATE:SUNDAY 19TH JULY
TIME:12-4PM
VENUE:Morley Green Club, Mobberley Road, Morley Green, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5NT [/B][/B]
I think tables will be £10 which includes drinks cakes and biscuits (not sarnies hopefully we will be too busy!!)
Target market:
All local schools and craft organisations, various mail drops and we hope to advertise in the local paper but it is really expensive!! ....will try... we dont want to scrimp on the marketing!
Anyone who is interested can have the leaflet e-mailed to them and they can print and distribute as they wish.

I will not be aking money on the tables I want to cover the room, leaflets, advertising, refreshments etc... if any money left over you will get some back!!!

There could be some handmade crafts to buy on the day also!

Jane

is there an "angle" you could use and get them to do an article on it beforehand to give free advertising - there is the "local community" section of the Wilmslow Express that talks about local Am Dram groups, WI meetings etc - could maybe get a bit there for free?

Drop me an e-mail with the leaflet and I can get some handed out at Ashdene Primary school as I know we have some "crafty" mums there.

Do you have any tables left? I am considering if I have enough "spare" stash to make it worth selling

Sounds like a fab idea! Am interested in a table please - if nothing else, I can pay £10 to look around other peoples craft stuff (ahem - keeps purse tightly clasped to chest) and eat cake - what better way to spend a sunday?

OK I have reviewed stash and even if I just sell stuff to then buy more on the day it means I get some different goodies I'll PM you with my e-mail address so you can send me the leaflet and I'll get it out to Ashdene (I can sneak some copies off at work). I'll also leave some of the leaflets at our Centre in Cheadle as I know a few of the girls there are "crafty" and might be interested in coming to buy.

I have posted about the sale on the Craft Swap forum and the Joanna Sheen forum, so hopefully there will be a few people there!

You should have me on your list already. I've got tons of stuff but just know I'll end up going home with more than I took.

The free prize draw is a MM craft bag and 2 brand new current (not old stock) stamp sets and there may be some more bits and bobs added....

The raffle prizes are various things from Wine to Jewellry the tickets are 30p but ALL the money goes to Cancer Research.

I have been baking away today some little buns to sell (ALL for charity )
