New I Will Adopt A Newbie!

Please keep this thread strictly for posting that you want to adopt and chat in the newbie chat thread. Chat posts make it complicated. Thank you.

I AIM TO PAIR UP THE ADOPTIONS ONCE A WEEK - USUALLY ON FRIDAYS, BUT THIS COULD CHANGE DEPENDING ON MY SCHEDULE AND AVAILABLE ADOPTERS.

If you are willing adopt a newbie, please post here, with your location and I'll try to make sure everyone gets suitably matched up Can you let me know if you are willing to adopt somebody from a different location?

As you are paired up with a Newbie you will see your name listed alongside your newbie in the adoption thread that will announce new adoptions. PLEASE PM your newbie as soon as possible to make them feel welcome and show them around UKS.

I will delete your post from this thread as soon you have been paired up, so please check back regularly.

Time allowing - I will try to PM you to let you know, but that may not always be possible.

Hi My name is Sheila, living in Norfolk England, and this is my first post. I am sorry to show my ignorance but how does it work if I'm adopted by someone? My passions are Scrapbooking, card making, jewellery making, cross stitch and photography. I'm married and have 2 gorgeous cats but sadly no children!

Hi, sorry I've not been posting - having problems finding my way around sight - only just found my original post as I didn't know where to find it. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE can someone adopt me and help me become a proper member who knows what they are doing on here LOL. I originally come from Essex but moved to Norfolk in 1989.

Hi welcome to UKScrappers, for help with the whole of UKS get the Newbie pack by clicking the link under my signature and for help and links for the CR/Sil/Cam forums read this thread.

You can also get help with how the site works and social groups etc by being adopted here

I'm quite new too, but luckily have a wonderful friend who taught me my way around the site, Dont forget newbie to make your 10 posts to gain access to more on the site :-)
