Hi Glennis - hope you find this thread!! When a thread has too many posts it 'rolls' you made it roll!!!

I too have a cameo but I have to admit I have not even opened it!!! A good friend of mine is actually coming over on Wednesday of this week to help me open it and see how it works!!! I have a cricut too and that does me fine to be honest - but my hubby thought I should have a cameo!!! Take care - I'll let you know how I get on! xxx

Hi, I wanted to add some layouts that I have already done for my scrapbook to the gallery and maybe get some feedback or ideas from more experiences scrappers - but I can't for the life of me manage to get as good a photo of them as the ones on the site.... is there a trick I'm missing?

Thanks Doreen - I will remember to visit - I have lots of questions already but am managing so far not too badly!!
BWayscrapper - I usually take my photos outside - some people blutake them to a wall, its hard to get them straight I agree. Then I crop mine in Adobe, and then, because I don't know how to do it in Adobe, I resize in paint to get them to an acceptable size for this site. Everyone fully understands the troubles with taking photos so don't be too hard on yourself xxx

Hi ya! Welcome to UKS. I hope you are managing to find your way round the site - it is huge and sometimes confusing but it is so worth it and everyone is very happy to help and point you in the right direction. If you need anything just ask - Good luck xxx

Well spotted Lesley - I do try and pop in and say Hi!!

Hi, just joined UK scrappers, I'm an old hand at cards and mini albums but I'm just starting 12" x 12" scrapping, I keep telling myself it's just a big card but all that space is daunting! I live in the North East, Guisborough, so any scrappers near by (or further afield) please get in touch, I'd love to hear from you.

rolling also a newbie

Hi I joined yesterday but as yet am finding it a struggle to understand quite how things work here - I have been scrapping for approx 9 years but work full time so have to steal scrapping time from other chores such as the dreaded housework I live in the Gu area and would love for someone to befriend me and show me the ropes of this site
