I am in a pickle

Having waited a long long time to get a craft room i finally got one when my son got married. I got it all sorted just the way i wanted it and then the water tank in the loft leaked and i had to pull everything away to the one side away from the water. Fortunatly none of my craft stuff got damaged but two bookcases were ruined. It seems to be taking ages getting everything straight again. I am disabled so i can only able to do a little at a time but i will get it back to a working craft room as soon as possible. Jean xx

What a disappointment when you'd waited ages for your craft room, Jean. I hope you can get the tank mended - or will you need a new one? and get the place dried out, and up and running as soon as possible.

Hi Evangline. Yes we have to get a new tank. The insurance wont pay out they say it is wear and tear on the tank but i dont mind because they paid for the ceiling repair and the bookcases which got soaked so we are going to use that money to replace the tank and just save up to get the ceiling fixed when the boiler is done.
