    Question which software to choose.?

I am awaiting delivery of a Silhouette Cameo as a replacement for a Craft Robo c330-20. I never really got on with the robo and since it was 6 years old i decided to replace. Anyway, my question is which software do you ladies (& gents) use when cutting and/or designing files?

Compared to robomaster software, the silhouette studio is much more intuitive but should i consider any other software like Inkscape, Make The Cut or any others....

your comments would be really appreciated

We have a dedicated forum for the Craft Robo/ Cameo and Portrait cutting machines here why not come and join us. Most if not all of us use the Studio software although some including me also use Inkscape.
It would probably be best to ask about other particular software on that software's forum because the forum linked above is sponsored by Graphtec who sell the machines and although the basic studio software is free Graphtec also sell the designer edition of Studio

    wink software silhouette cameo

I have had my cameo for about 18 months and love it. I have always use the free silhouette software and find it great but if you want to design I think you have to buy the designer edition.

You can design with the free version but the DE gives more options
