Sometimes if you are having problems Doreen it is best to have a complete clean uninstall. It normally sorts out any issues

Things seem to be ok my end now that I have the USB cord in rather than the Bluetooth

AVG is not very good software. We had it on machines here when I first started and a few of them were infected even though AVG said they were fine. It was quickly replaced with more reliable security software.

I have had AVG for years they keep on taking the subscription every year. What are you using now Brian?

I normally use Bitdefender on my own machines and Eset Endpoint on our business machines. I've tested lots of antivirus & anti-malware software packages over the years (I'm a bit of a tech security geek) and these are about the best of the bunch and give consistently high detection rates without slowing the PCs down.
