I don't know if anyone is still reading this thread but i rec'd a lovely little package from Leanie as one of the prizes for taking part. A gorgeous metallic bronze mist by maya mists. Already given it a try out. And a little package of bits and bobs to give ago.
Thank you Leanie it was a lovely surprise.

Yes, I am still reading and have received my lovely prize as well. I love the bronze mist, it's really pretty isn't it? I can see lots of uses for the lovely pack of goodies as well.

You're welcome too!
I just went shopping and picked things I knew I'd like, and a mixture of ephemera flat enough for art journalling, but flexible enough for swaps, scrapbook layouts and 3D items too.
Then I came home, packaged them up, and promptly realised I'd bought no mists or pretty bits for myself whilst I was out! x

Hello all

Hope people still read this thread I am after a bit of help ....

Quick question for those who have done image transfer (I DID looked at the art journey week 7 thread) I can't do image transfer with a photo printed onto ordinary copier paper can I ? It has to be a laser printer or photocopier. So am I best to get a photocopy of the actual photo or print the photo onto copier paper, then get a photocopy from that?

Thanks x

a laser printed image will be fine, but if you are using an inkjet printer then I'd advise getting it photocopied

that's not to say that you absolutely can't transfer from an inkjet image, people claim to have had success with it, but it has never worked for me
