Good news at long last. After threatening them with legal action and going public on my facebook wall with them tagged to it. I have now at long last been given an instant refund yippeee. Just shows you don't let them keep telling you to wait x amount of time push for what is rightfully yours they have no right to treat their customers in such away.
Now all i got to do is decide where i wish to purchase my new machine from lol

Really pleased you've got your refund Helen. Someone else was going to buy one from A until they realised it was from the USA and had the wrong voltage so I would make sure it's ok for the UK

I tried the v3 software again today but it still will not work for me so it looks like I will have to stick with the v2 versions

Hopefully a new update will be released soon that will solve whatever is causing the problem Helen, I'm sure you can't be the only one who has trouble with V3

I am so excited my new machine arrived at 10am this morning and i have been testing it to its limits ever since lol. It works perfectly on the V2.7.0 software but anything above that it then runs into problems. So i am sticking with the V2.7.0 software and forgetting that i even own the pixscan mats lol. Least i got my machine back working

Helen so please you eventually received your refund and bought another machine from elewhere. A great shame that you still have the Studio software problem with V.3.
Has Brian been any help on the software problems with V.3?

Unfortunately Brian was unable to help with that side of the problem but i am very grateful to him for all his help over a span of two weeks to actually get it pin pointed to it being a software issue and not a machine issue. He is a very kind and helpful man
