    Or sloe gin?

Which is all prepared and steeping at my friends - in fact her kitchen is looking a bit like a distillery. We have umpteen jars of gin and vodka on her windowsill, I just took a little jar of voddy home so I could look after it myself till we need to seive and re-bottle them all.

Next weekend we are making reducrrant vodka as she made that last Christmas and I tasted some this weekend and it is gorgeous.

I have been thinking (which is a rare occurrence for me). Last year I saw some gift boxes which contained a bottle of wine and a sachet of mulled wine spices, for an extortionate price. I think it would be very easy to copy with idea by putting some spices and dried lemon and orange slices in a bag, then attach these to a bottle of wine with a decorative tag giving instuctions.

Maggie any chance you could give us the instructions for the dolly? I know someone who would love something along that line.

Ladies: your ideas are stupendous and helping me no end.
