So glad I checked to see what was going on, so many gorgeous cards.
Elaine, yours is so pretty and I just love the quilted/trellis effect, really lovely. The flower arrangement is lovely.
Nat, what a great selection of cards, all gorgeous but the one with the scalloped edge and stitched effect is possibly my favourite, hard to pick one as they are all beautiful.
Nice to see you one here yiayia and I love the pen and quill card, they are both lovely, those branches in gold are very pretty. For the rest of you, no I don't have that die.
Ellie your card looks good enough to eat, that pink card reminds me of raspberry ripple. That is such a sweet sentiment in the centre.
hi All. Susie, just for info - the fern die is from a set I got in TW a couple of weeks ago. Lots of different leaves in the pack and very reasonable price too.
I have another recent make to share. I was trying out the smaller makeup blending brushes I recently purchased (as an alternative to those expensive Picket Fence brushes everyone is raving about online) with a set of stencils I'd still not got round to using.
Happy with the results and the easy clean-up - no masking needed when using these smaller brushes either.
I made two very funky cards for a 60’s themed party. They are prototypes so there is no sentiment yet.. once we’ve decided on the layout I’ll post real ones but I’m happy with the direction they are heading
Good monring all. Elaine - love the 60's themed cards.
Here are a couple I made yesterday. I made the one with the bow first (trying to use up stash - on both) for my friend's teenage birthday on monday - then decided that, although I quite like it, it is a bit too "grown-up" for that age so then made the one with the bag and boots and hope it is a bit more appropriate for her age.DSC04191.JPGDSC04192.JPG
Ooh you have been busy Yiayia! Lovely cards, especially like the last one with the scene and the tearing.
Male card are hard aren’t they, I need to make DS one before the 11th
