That's excellent news Elaine, I honestly thought it was just me who thought the ATG was a bit on the rubbish side.

Im not saying I can put the adhesive on in a perfectly straight line lol but its straighter than I could with the ATG. Its so much easier to load as well no messing with which way the tape goes just clip in the refill.

Yep - why you can say the name to let people google it. Once upon a time we didin't even allow that, remember?
And PS - maybe a sponsor will carry them now if they prove popular??

OK, I have done a little research, on the big river site, and they are currently selling these for £14 - for scrapbooking. They also have refills, but they don't state on those that they are general purpose, for £9.32. Both are thin (around 1/4 inch) and both are 150'.
They also sell the ATG photo safe refills at 2 for £7.83, again around 1/4 inch, total length 72 yds.
What concerns me is the refills for the alternative ATG.
Anyway, I thought the info may help some of you. I am still sitting on the fence, lol, I do like my ATG but it is getting very expensive.......................

I use this red adhesive runner and really like it. I have not used the other type so could not compare

I did cave in and buy one of these, and I do like it. It does take time to get used to as it isn't continuous tape, like the ATG. It is tiny rectangles. I tend to use it for sticking down photos but use the ATG for sticking down the papers!!! I am not sure I am gaining anything lol.
