At the weekend I got a few of this months photos printed and have changed my pages around a little.Next year I will not number pages and will not worry about doing things in order. I do not follow any groups prompts just make it all up as I go along. My latest page is of a Christmas memory from childhood, prompted by a colouring sheet that came in a magazine, I used the coloured sheet as a backing paper. My next pages are determined by Dec15 being Christmas jumper day, so 14 is Christmas Santa hats and 13th will be winter weather and wrap up warm.
Hi everyone! I am massively behind my Journal, but I am having a craft day this week to try and catch up. We went up to Malvern in Worcestershire this weekend and got snowed in! They had between 8 and 10 inches and we had a ball. We made a snowman, had snowball fights and went sledging. It was like being a child again and my two loved it, especially as they had to have a day off of school so we could try and get home!
great idea Claire59 ...... i've decided not to number my pages either after seeing your post......having said that, it would be nice to find the time (hopefully today) to actually get started on my Journal/Dec daily.
GREAT pages. thank you for sharing. I actually finished the front of the Journal and made a double sided page - very basic scrapping but I got started. I can't do too much as I'm having a WRMK Fuse Tool for Christmas off hubby - and want to use it to encase photo's and have clear pages too. Can't wait.
Great pages everyone. I am finally getting going as one of my two kits has turned up. Crafty Templates did a Christmas Quirky kit which has arrived and has lots of fab Xmas things in it, so I have begun with that. Shimelles kit has not arrived and I don’t know if it will as I can’t seem to find out what’s happening! Am disappointed.
Lovely pages Ellie. Glad one of your kits have arrived Sharon and you will be able to get started.
I am doing well with mine. I had a minor hiccup when I realised I had the wrong inserts for my album, so it will need to be only 20 pages.
Hopefully I have solved it by doing flaps and slide ins, only time will tell when I get to Christmas Eve !!!
After a brief pause, I have continued to post JYC pages on my blog. I've got up to the 30th December, so still have it to finish, and have scheduled page a day over he next few days.
loving those pages Sharon...........Christmas went too quickly AND Ann I stalk your blog - love your JYC too. I am really hoping i get time to do some crafting this weekend as it was my Birthday yesterday and haven't had much 'ME' time recently so planning on a more relaxing weekend, i think.
