I got a new printer five weeks ago, It's a Canon Pixma MG5350.
It's an A4 printer with a top paper tray for card and photo media, it also has a cassette tray at the front for all other paper.
It can print borderless, duplex and also prints onto CD's.
It's has wireless capability overall a great printer.
I got mine from PC World cost £69.99.
    Hope this helps
    Merry Christmas

BathBelle I have not yet tried anything other than supersmooth 250gsm card so far, but I think it will do thicker card.

My Canon MG5350 takes Anne Marie 325gsm card from the back tray with no problems. I have not tried above 160gsm from the cassette.

    Hi Ruth
Have used 300gsm in the top feeder no problem I've always had canon printers as I print mostly onto heavyweight card and have had no problems.
Most of the new printers don't have the top feeder tray so even though it's last years model I would definitely recommend this printer, if you can still get hold of one.

Just ordered my new printer from Amazon this is the only place that has this model know. The price has gone up a bit though. It will be worth it to be able to print again and make my cards. Thankyou all so much for all your help. Happy New Year to everybody.

I've ordered as well! They'll be wondering at the sudden rush in orders!

I bought the same printer a couple of months ago from Curry's and really pleased with it. It looks to be last years model and according to a review I read on line just as good as the newer MG5450. The MG5450 is slightly smaller, dearer and NO top paper tray for card.
