Please ladies can I remind you that uploading of photos to the forums isn't allowed, if you would please delete the photo's from this thread and re-upload to your galleries, for any newbies who might not be aware of all the T&C's of UKScrappers uploading is limited to 3 per day.
FROM THE FAQ's
Please limit uploads to the Gallery to 3 a day -- but we are sensible about this! If you did a mini book that needs 4 scans to show it in its entirety no one will wag their finger at you for the one extra page

Lucille, can you clarify for me so that I dont make a mistake, what is classed as a picture, is it anything, or can we load a screen shot to explain a problem
or to show a result after beating the software into submission

Shame you can't see it at the start of the thread, but this is what it says if you follow all the "here's" back
This thread is only to show work created from free files or original ideas that are not and will ever be forsale, if you want to show members something you have made using a file purchased from a sponsor please post in the New Thread that is in the Templates For Sale Forum here.
To view the uploaded scrapbook page, craft item or card click on the camera icon on the left hand side of their post and it will take you straight to the Members Gallery.
When you are uploading your picture to your gallery there is a box you can leave details of materials used to embellish the item and for people viewing there is also a box where you can leave comments.
Please note: do not upload pictures to this thread.
You can upload screen shots to a post in CR Chat if it's really necessary to help someone with a software problem, hope that helps.
Screen shots of what you have made are not classed as NECESSARY, you can show those with the files when you share them, which will be soon.

Ahh, I think I have got it now, I didnt realise this thread was an ongoing one, and was for a certain reason, that has stopped me making a second mistake
Thanks for explaining that

Managed to design and cut a card in the new SS software using the tutorials kindly provided. The larger mat was made by using text to path with an upper case M round an oval and the smaller mat was made in a similar way using the letter O. The cameo is from the font DBL Faces from the Past which required a bit of "editing" to make it into a good cutting file. The ribbon slots took me quite a while to get more or less right and I've finished it with a few beads. I used the knife tool to make the text into a stencil and I was quite pleased to have been able to do the whole thing in the SS software and get a reasonable result! I shall put the template on once we can upload SS files if anyone would like it.You can see it in my gallery

Thank you(s)
Hi All - I just added a card to my album (not put any on there for AGES). I wanted to thank Ann Harrison for her gift of the oval topper idea and also whoever it was who put up the lovely flourish. I have used real lace and the butterfly really stands up from the topper. Hope you like it.
