My name is Ulrika and I'm new around here. I thought I'd introduce myself by posting a card for the challenge. I love using kraft and lately I've been using it a lot in combination with black and Vintage Photo Distress Ink. Not the most cheerful of looks but somehow I like it.
I love seeing your gorgeous cards! They are all very inspiring!
I was really looking forward to doing this one but on Sunday night I managed to fracture both my hands.......I wonder if I can put something together still?!
OMG! I hope you're ok. Here's to a speedy recovery.
I think the dear lizzy papers are lovely. Especially with kraft.
Ulrika - that is one spooky card! Fab.
Allie - I hope you are feeling better soon.
I'm going to try and have some kraft moments tomorrow, the annual ikea "new catalogue" trip is planned for Sunday so not much creating going to happen then.
Just to say, that due to the low number of entries we've been having for the card challenges there will be a roll over with the prize so September's entries will be combined with October's.
I would really love to see more card makers on UKS taking part - you all make such fab creations and the prizes Leo is kind enough to provide are just gorgeous, so why not have a go?
Also, I welcome any suggestions for the challenges - new ideas are always welcome, anything to get those creative juices going, right?
Just found this thread and loving the craft cards. Hoping to have some time to have a go, haven't used craft for a while so looking forwards to it.
Jo love your style....I have a "thing" for bunting just now.
Jo awesome cards, but that last one is so my favourite - I just love the colours and strip of stripe paper.
Kathy - your butterfly card especially pops out... soooo nice! And what patience you must have to stamp and punch them all and stick them down in a lovely straight line.
Hannah - love the corrugated kraft with felt yum - I am currently rationing my last pieces of corrugated kraft card, but I have found white corrugated card so may see how that works on kraft instead.
And don't think I haven't been getting my kraft on too... here are a couple of Christmas cards using kraft:
