Well it's finally here possibly the busiest month of the year for card makers - or the one where they go into meltdown!
To relieve some of the stress, this month's card challenge should be seen as a bit of a treat, because all you need to do is...
Make a card featuring a few of your favourite things of the moment!
Whatever you love using, if it's a certain sheet of paper, a favourite stamp, or even a technique you just can't get enough of, then make a card featuring it! If you love it - we want to see it!
Just post your cards to this thread, then one lucky person will be chosen as a 'winner' and will receive a little goodie through the post courtesy of Leo (CraftyPrincess).
I totally forgot to enter last month so getting in early this month!
Here's a Christmas card using a few of my favourite things - Sassafras Life at the Pole (the first time I could even bring myself to cut into this!) KI Memories Festive rubons and my border Cuttlebug embossing folders - which I hammered rather than pressed to get an uneven finish!
Ooh, I haven't enered a card in these challenges before. Anyhoo, here goes.
This card is made with one of my favourite things right now - acetate. I am also loving using stickles - but that never changes. My other favourite discovery recently is this metallic ribbon which I got from Ribbon Oasis. It's stunning.
Ohh yummy cards and so quick! I'll get my thinking cap on for the prize for this month, maybe something that's just come out (or will be out v soon) seeing as we're using new favorite stash
Love the sassafras papers too, I got two of each so I didn't feel too ill cutting them up Have you seen the life at the pole diorama you can print off? You make it up for a competition on the sassafras blog I'll see if I can find the link out.....
