I normally buy the largest jar it's possible to get hold of, and it lasts me years (literally) unless I have a run of toast and marmite for breakfast at weekends, or cheese and marmite sandwiches in general

Since DD moved out (7 years ago) I'm the only person in the house who eats it

I've eaten marmite all my life and I thik the jars are the same as ever.......buy a biggun!

I'm the only one here too-DH HATES it, and I'm trying to bring DS round
