Orlando Shopping - help me compile a list

After reading this thread, im even more excited about our holiday we booked two days ago, not too long to wait!

We are staying at the Rodeway Inn on International Drive, we fly on the 17th March. I can't believe i'm actually going back after 14 years, this time taking our Son, who is 10.

You must go to Kennedy Space Centre, especially if you have a son. My 10 year old daughter loved it as everything is for real and not make believe! We also liked Gatorland, she sat on a real gator!!!!

HAve a great time and make use of the fsat passes in Disney!

I went there 14 years ago, and thought i would give it a miss this time, however DH is taking DS, i may just have to go shopping that day
We've never been to Gatorland though, we will hopefully go there.
Fast passes weren't invented the last time i went either, so will deffo take advantage of them.
Another thing that has changed, is that i doubt i'll be asked for ID in the bars this time either, i'd be pleased if i were though, as i'm alot older than 21 this time, i can dream .

JUst back from 3 weeks away and Honest to goodness I HAD to Buy a new 6piece luggage set (not including the 2 pcs I took out w/me) to bring back EVERYthinG I purchased

well it was 10 minutes from our house and all we got was the heavy rains and cancelled our annual Xmas BBQ event.

Thanks to everyone who has posted on this thread. I'm going back in February and have spent lots of time on the internet checking out places to shop as I had heard that several had closed down.

I visited the Scrapbook Boutique by Florida Mall, is was quite easy to find and the staff and shoppers all chatted to me. (I think they felt sorry for me having to pay more and not have such a good choice of stash in UK!!). According to their e mails they have just in the process of selling the business, I think it is going to remain as a scrapbooking shop though.

Have also been recommended to go to Mouse Memories (www.mousememories.com) as they now open their warehouse on certain days for a few hours, I think it is in Kissimmee but you need to check their website.

Scrapbook Shak at Good Homes Road in Orlando and Scrapbook USA Inc have also been recommended, does anyone know if they are still open? Only 38 days to go!
I'm still excited and it's my 6th visit!!

Has anyone been to Mouse Memories warehouse yet? I'm really looking forward to shopping there in March. It'd be great to hear from someone who's actually been there.

OMG my mum and step-dad have just booked me and ds on flights to stay with them in their villa for a week next month! Going on Feb 13th returning on Feb 21. Can't wait to check out all these places for myself as last time I sent my mum in with a shopping list!

I wasn't either last time I went, which was three years ago, and my mum has only been once since I've become a scrapper. It's not the same though is it, having someone pick stuff up for you, so I can't wait!

I went to Florida a little while ago, I already was a scrapper and didn't buy hardly anything. It is all lovely but I just didn't think I could use it so didn't bother.

So you may not have missed much!

(I did have the best vacation though!)
