What's the big deal about being on the top line anyway? Apart from when I log on for the first time each day, when I do come to the front page, I always log back into the forums page subsequently, so I don't see what's on the front page anyway. To be honest, I'd far sooner just go into the gallery and click to see what's been uploaded over the last day or week or whatever, because then at least I know I get a chance to see everything that's been uploaded, not just what happened to be at the top when I logged in.

Anyway, you have to consider the fact that your prized layout might well be on the top line, but it only takes two or three people simultaneously uploading three pics to knock you off in a matter of seconds ... so really, whether someone uploads three or ten layouts becomes irrelevant (I'm not saying there shouldn't be the three a day limit though).
