does anyone use wires in their layouts?

Hi,

I've found an old wire worker set (purple bits and some metal pole bits) in the depths of the craft room (currently trying to find the floor in there!!) - think it was from scrapbookHouse - cant find any instructions to use it and it doesnt have any packaging.

So I wondered if anyone here used wires and could maybe help me learn how to use it and in what way you would incorporate it into your layouts.

I used some wire in my recent Firework Weekly challenge lo. All i did was stretch the wire out a little, and thread it thru two holes, I then kept on doing it till i got a kinda star effect. Is that the kinda wire you mean, here it is on my lo:
