I watched this...whilst ironing"!...Isnt it a shame that these slots have to focus on selling rather than demonstrating???I hope Martha got paid lump sum rather than just for the few mins she was allowed to talk!!!


i can appreciate that it IS about selling the product but if i had been totally new to the art of scrapbooking i would have liked to have heard a little bit about it and then been able to make a purchase...poor martha...and i dont think she even had a stool to sit on whilst Abby was nattering on..I do quite like Abby tho!...so it could have been worse!

I think I prefer Abby's style to Alan & Barry's. I'm amazed at how much the presenters can find to say about the products!

LOL I have to laugh at the comments. Actually, yes she is the chatty one, I was thinking of a different one to be honest when that comment was made the other day. Yeah she did quite go on about her new nephew. At least once she said 'tearing is the new cutting' she didn't repeat it over and over again like she did last time! LOL I thought I'd do myself in if I heard that again! LOL I'm sure you all could see my eyes cross when she did say it, I was like OH NO not again!

And no, I don't get paid per minute.. thank goodness!! I wouldn't be worth my 2-3-1/2 hr drive there and then back again! LOL And yes twice it has taken me 3-1/2 hours to get there or get home. Traffic can be manic at the wrong time!

I do wish I had a bit more time with each demo, so I could do some more flashy layouts! LOL My personal style is simple, but sometimes those get a bit too simple for me.

Hope everyone liked what they saw though.
