What are you putting in your lunchtins?

Apart from your lunch of course !!!

I had an idea of doing one for my mum that she could keep her sewing patterns in, but having checked the size of the provocraft tins, it seems they will be a bit too small.

So, I was wondering what other ideas people had come up with ..... especially any good ideas for the men too.

    What's in your's?

I use my Asda one for photos - it holds up to 5x7s and stops them getting creased and spoilt on my worksurface!
I've got a top loader too but havent done anything with it yet - think I might use it to store those little bits of paper that you don't want to throw out but which get lost among all the bigger pieces, iuswim

I used an asda one for a gift for a baby, and put a paperbag book I made in it and some other baby bits. I have two more to do for Christmas pressies, one is for DS's GF and is going to have allsorts of girly bits in and the other one is for my DB and is going to have a fishing voucher and other fly fishing bits in it and is obviously going to be decorated with a fishing theme. Other male ideas, a morning after the night before box, with coffee, paracetamol, and any other gifts you wish to put in it!!! a shoe care bos, if they actually clean their own shoes, a gift for a new driver, of maybe a driving lesson voucher, highway code book, theory test book or CD Rom, L plates etc.
Hope there may be a few ideas.

Am going to use mine as a birthday book.
Seems big enough to store the cards until posting time.

I know - a little unimaginative but practical for me.

I've made one for myself but haven't decided what to put in it yet - I just wanted to have one.

I'm also making one for SIL (to be I hope) for christmas to keep her lesson plans and school notes in (she has just become a dance teacher).

I have used my Asda one to store my carded ribbons in and have altered two as Santa tins(instead of stockings) for my DD's .

I'm going to be using mine for organisation --- a bit like a calendar in a tin! I plan on having sections for each child to keep track of after school activities, sleep overs, clubs etc and "his" n "hers" sections for me & DH where we can note down things we have booked and a "to sort out" section where we can file the blasted pieces of paper that clutter up the kitchen table until we do something with them!

My Asda one has my alcohol and walnut inks in - it's just big enough and handy for taking to crops.
