Melody Maker font?

Mary Anne kindly gave me a link to a site which has a font for sale called Melody Maker. Two questions then, is 5 dollars a good price for a font, and is it available anywhere else as a freebie?

Bren, it's only a sample font with some characters missing unfortunately

$5 is fine by me to pay for a font... someone has spen a long time making the fon... sometimes if you buy say 5 fonts they all reduce to $2...

Thanks for the info, looks like I will be buying my first font then. I need it for a sign for my dolls house shop.
