OMG-Scrapping has totally taken over....

my life. Usually i just chuck household items away without a second thought. Anyway, while i was making up some of DD milk (she still loves her SMA progress!), i noticed the tin it comes in and started imagining it all altered up! Normally i'll chuck it out. Anyway, luckily i had another unopened tim to hand, so I emptied it into that, washed it out, dried it, and am hoping to acrylic paint it tonight!! I've become obsessed!!!!

Sounds good to me. I bought a tin of sweets for my dd when I was on holiday last month. Now she's finished them I'm going to alter the tin and fill it with sweets and - you'll never guess - give it to her again for Christmas. She's doing the same thing for her sister. I love recycling.

Couple of weeks ago the ribbon tie on my PJs came adrift; when I had a good look at it I decided it was too pretty to be holding up my PJs, so it went in the stash! Fortunately the waist is also elasticated so I'm NOT wearing my PJs round my ankles!

Scrapping makes you look at everything twice doesn't it!

you are all perfectly sane or it means i am just as nutty as you!! My daughter didnt want her wooden teacaddy anymore and you guessed it ! it is waiting to be altered . The only problem is i spend too long wondering what to do so my collection grows bigger then my dh starts to niggle about the mess!!! Thinking of giving to my friend who at the moment is a little cynical about all the scrapbooking I do . BUT I KNOW I WILL CONVERT HER!!
