Best Software for PC??

Hi,

I am sure this has been asked countless times before, but which software do you recommend for your PC for editing photos, graphics etc???

It has to be easy to use

My dp can get hold of just about anything as he owns his own IT company but recommendations I find are best, sadly the techical expertise hasn't rubbed off onto me! LOL

picasa is good and its free...

it all depends on how technical you want to get? there are paint shop pro or photoshop - both very good programmes but might be more than you need/want...
