    Hi Paulina,
    I'm new too!
I am just starting out with scrapbooking, I am a quilter, so scrapbooking really appeals to me, but I have resisted so far.
Then , as the Borg say, 'Resistance is futile' - so here I am!

I started off as a cardmaker, but I only ever make cards for myself now (ie for family and friends birthdays etc). Um, really into altered stuff at the moment. Always been a big music listener, and photographer - and apart from that there isn't time for anything else.

Actually, bearing in mind that a hobby is something that you have an interest in and you do in your spare time, I'd probably say that sitting down and getting to watch some TV once in a while is a hobby!

Ah, the band responsible for bringing the reputation of Walthamstow down several notches!

So, tell me, was it an accident or a suicide attempt??

Hi Paulina, aren't they a crafty lot ...

My other main interest is being a Hockey Mom or I should say Mum. There's not that many of us here in Britain unless you happen to live near an ice rink. I love the way you Canadians say Hockey for Ice Hockey as if there is no other sort, lol. Actually my son plays roller hockey so at least I don't get cold watching.

My husband cooks as well, not so much as a hobby but more in desperation. HA! HA!

Ooooh! How could I have forgotten, I have just started horse riding again after a gap of over 20 years! And I have the stiff legs/sore bum to prove it! LOL!
I finally got fed up of sitting watching my children ride, and decided to join them.

Is there another type of hockey!?? Seriously, only until I moved to the UK did I find that there is another type of weirdo hockey played, ha ha!

Hi Paulina and welcome to UKS, from another fellow North American. I'm sure you'll find that people here are very nice and helpful.

As for hobbies - READING. I love it. I also keep a journal (not a scrapping one) and love to buy Disney books and CDs. I also love shopping for clothes - even more than shopping for stash!

I like to make websites, when I'm not scrapbooking, or making cards. I've been spending allot of my time making christmas cards lately.

Apart from scrapbooking it might not be surprising from my layouts that most of the rest of mt hobbies revolve around my dogs! I do obedience training and I also show Lola currently... So add to that lots of brushing, bathing and trimming!
