Can we get these in the UK?

I've been thinking whether or not I was a big die cutter, I've just got a sidekick at the moment. Just seen an advert in a Dec Scrapping mag for these and wondered if they are available in the UK yet?

Apart from the fact it's one of my fav colours,it does look like they are worth waiting for. Guess I'll have to find something else for my Christmas list!

I am going to a pre-launch at end of November so fingers crossed they will be in stock at the start of December for Xmas.
I reckon they will be on par with the same price as the Sizzix and Side Kick at present. These are the updated and funky colour versions and Ellison are doing a New lanch for them for Christmas.

Wouldn't the best place to ask this question be the 'Shop Til You Drop' forum? That's where you ask sponsors about what they've got.

sorry, I was only really asking if anyone had seen them. I wasn't asking specifically for sponsers reply, perhaps a moderator can move this if I've done the wrong thing.

Price will be higher than the Sizzix machine, but even more versatile (I just re read Craft Heaven's post, it's like having a Sizzix and a sidekick and more versatile but about the same cost as the two together, a good description!!) I've only seen the US prices!!

Are these the ones that are replacing the sizzix machines but the good news is they will still be compatible with all sizzix dies and also they are much wider enabling the dies to be much bigger which is good for things like folders and envelopes etc ..

I have been looking at the adverts for these but I'm a little confused. Am I right in thinking that the Big shot is the redesign of the Sizzix? But what is the difference between the Sidekick and the Tag a Long? Many thanks Karen.

So what exactly is going on? Well, in short, the innovators who brought you the fabulous iszzix system havent been resting on their laurels ever since.Theyve been tinkering, experimenting, refining and improving - and now theyre ready to share the results with the whole crafting world. Ellison design takes proven technology and makes it sleeker, more sophisticated, more professional and more user friendly than ever. And whats more the new system is totally sizzix compatible, so upgrading is a piece of cake!

This is what was printed in one of my mags. From what I can gather these are the updated versions. The big shot is obviously does more and the tag along I think is just the redesign of the sidekick with a new and trendy look.

I hope this helps you out, I do fancy the Big Shot though as from my magazine you can do folded stuff to with it so you can just cut 3 edges and get a folded edge on one of them.
