Problems with using kraft blade on caameo 4

Can anyone help me? I have been trying to use the 3mm kraft blade on my cameo 4 in carriage 2 but i can't get it to work. I have looked at tutorials on you tube but still no joy. Does anyone know how to set the machine to use carriage 2?

Music Lady I have not used mine yet. It is auto detect but you have to click on the 'Send' window and select carriage 2, the material, blade, speed, pressure for the blade and material you are cutting. My Cameo 4 is not connected to my computer and Studio at the moment only my Cameo 3 so I can't check it out for you.
