yiayia I like the pretty paper on the pink one.
Ellie, that's superb. Did you use a stamp? And how did you pick out the watch??

Margo, the card with the butterfly design on is in fact from a paper hankie "cube" box. When the hankies were finished I decided to cut the box up for just that reason - knew I would use some of it sometime!!! I even kept the top with the oval cut out of it (where you pull the hankies from) as this will make a good aperture on a card one day. You know me - waste not want not!!!

Beautiful Card Alison - very unusual and so expressive of many of the emotions a new baby brings.

Alison, that is an absolutely superb card, just amazing. Such a clever design, and so neatly made. I'm sure they'll treasure it.

Beautiful card Alison. I love all the little sentiments on it.

My card was just a piece of printed card left from something else.
I think it was in a monthly box from Memories and photos.
The watch is a peel off from a sheet of clocks, cogs etc.
I did have to place ( carefully) the gold bars on the watch strap.
It was a faff but worth it.

I can't believe how many fabulous cards I've missed this month, stunning in their own different way each and every one, well done ladies.

Alison, I love the heart shape, how on earth do you do that and get it so even? Stunning card!

    Thanks you for your comments

I drew a heart then filled it with stickers and embellishments I had, then used the coloured pearls to mark out the outline, very simple really. My DD really liked it so I shall have to do something similar for her new baby when he arrives !
