Hi All i would just like to ask if the following image can be cut out on vinyl to go on a hoodie,
the picture is from google i would like to ask how to do this?
i can do it in Photo shop cs6,

is there a tutorial to show how to put text in side of a letter,

Haven't seen a tutorial for text inside a letter buy you could just type it in once you have the letter (or number in this case) when you have the number/text the size you want it
