    Question Help With Files Downloading, Waiting, Try Again

    Hi

    I have used Silhouette software for a number of years now without much issue.

    I purchased a subscription and placed 2 orders.

    When I went to recent download history all the files I bought said downloading, then waiting, they try again.
    I tried numerous time without sucess.

    I decided to update my software as I was on 3.6.57 so I updated to V4.2.279

    All went according to plan, I think.

    The files I bought still are not showing up in my library, so I went into my account and clicked on recover order next to each order but still they are not showing.

    I am lost now

    Anyone help???

    Do you know how to stop all the files syncing everytime you open up your software? Thanks

    I've never had to sync my files thankfully so I've not come across that problem. If no one else can suggest how to stop the syncing I would ask SA about that too

    I had a similar problem in v3.6.202 and made the mistake of going up to 3.8 no files appeared and my library was completely blank and continuously synching. I swiftly returned( after an initial panic ) to v3.6.202 and some of the missing files which would not download into my library earlier in the week were there.I am still missing 3 files but they have successfully downloaded to my hard drive but no images in my library.I do not use the cloud and I suspect that had some bearing on the issues.
    However this incident reminded me to export my library to the hard drive and also to a usb stick.I had been distracted and forgotten to do so this year!
