spacing lines

Hello
I'm trying to space lines in a box to accurate measurements i.e. the first line I want to be 1/4'' in and then the next lines 1/2'' apart then the last one 1/4'' again.
I hope that makes sense, I've tried lots of different ways but nothing works.

I'm hopeless at making box's but there's a website called Template maker where you can put your measurements in to make different sizes and shapes of box's and envelopes.

I definitely wouldn't know how to make a shop have you had a look on Youtube to see if there's any help

I think I've worked it out Doreen. I'm trying to make an album and it's the spine that's foxing me. If I get it right I might post the file on here if anybody's interested. It's for my Aunt who will be 80 soon,I've found some really good photos for it so I'm hoping I can manage it.
