    Cutting help needed

I have a silhouette question if anyone can help. I have a standard Silhouette Cameo (a few years old) I used to be able to cut 12 x 12 on it but now if I have something on the mat on screen that fits 12 x 12 when it cuts the top of the design runs off the mat at the top so I have bits missing. Even if I have a word and I put it a good inch fromt he top on the virtual mat on screen, when it cuts it cuts too high up so I lose the top of the word. It didn't used to do it so I guess I have changed something but I don't know what. I have tried the setting in defaults cut to edge of page and that is selected. It means I can no longer cut the big Paige Evans files

If anyone can help I'd be very grateful

The only thing I can think of is you might have got it set to load media instead of load mat

Are you using a Silhouette mat or a different one? Sometimes I found that using a different mat meant my designs cut higher on the mat. Nowadays I only use Silhouette mats and don't have a problem.
